Very satisfied with the time allowed to choose Norman my Siamese without any pressure. I would recommend blue ice cattery. Only problem with Norman is his diet. He will not eat biscuits unless mixed with wet food. Hope I can overcome this problem

Lost count of the times our cat Jilly has stayed at Blu Ice Cattery! We fly her in from the Pilbara and it's totally worth it. Thanks to the excellence of service, including arranging pick up and drop off to the airport when needed, flexibility outside of hours if needed and the caring considerate staff during her stay, Jilly has a great time - no stress for her, or for us, we can have a holiday here and there with complete peace of mind that she is being well looked after. Yes, I would recommend you. My cats were in safe hands *** They don't really like being away from home, but I felt good leaving them with you. Your customer service was also great, right from the start, and a selection of food and accommodation was appreciated too.
Only thing which would be better: I would love to see some larger enclosures for the cats. Am not sure if they are an option?

I would definately recommend Blu Ice Cattery to others it was the first time my cat Henri had been in a cattery, I felt she was safe and well cared for and when I picked her up she was really relaxed. And all this from a cat that is often very anxious.

I was very satisfied with all aspects of the facility, staff and check in and out process.
