If I could leave 0 stars I would. I ordered sunglasses with no prescription, which you would imagine is a nice simple order, however I ordered them 9 days ago and paid for next day delivery however have not received a thing. Not even an email to confirm they’ve been dispatched, delayed, nothing. I’ve checked my order status and it still shows as ‘processing’ no progress in 9 days after paying for next day delivery!! No option to get in touch, the button to ‘chat’ on the website doesn’t work. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I wish I’d checked the reviews before I did.

I AM ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGED BY THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND OUR OUTSTANDING REFUND OF 6 WEEKS NOW! Something has changed with this company and it’s CLEARLY NOW BEING RUN BY COWBOYS as I have ordered many pairs of glasses and also returned with zero problems. The fact they deny receipt of an order and then shutdown their email contact once you start chasing wreaks of FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOUR. They take your money and disappear!!!! PAYPAL ARE NOW INVESTIGATING THE COMPANY.
order. nr. BLK-2026-781083 . It's really worst customer experience Ive ever had. I was waiting 4 weeks for delivery ( 11 days after planned ), they spent 2 days on quality check and guess what ?? They came reeeeally bad installed, I went to two different pro optics and they were surprised how bad it could be mounted. NOW THEY REFUSE TO MAKE NEW ONE OR REFUND, it's really ugly company. It was cheapest option but definitely worst and NOT WORTH it. It was rayban correction glasses and I paid about 300$. Use your local optic because if something will be wrong you will have to do chargeback from your bank like me. Stay away from that store.
If I could leave no stars I would. Beyond terrible. Two months and no glasses. The delivery dates they gave me an absolute joke. I’m going to have to make a section 75 claim to get my money back. Unbelievably bad company. I’d go so far as to say the worst I have ever dealt with. They simply don’t care and fob you off with excuses. DO NOT USE THEM!
Just don’t use them. Have been waiting for nearly two months. They have a few days before the delivery time given which at two months is just ridiculous. I was not informed of the time scale until after I bought the sunglasses. I have no confidence they will turn up. So will just do a section 75 with my card provider on the day they are supposed to be delivered. Never ever ever have I received such a poor service. I did immediately try and cancel this order but they don’t allow it. What a waste of two months.
This company are a despicable lot. I have emailed them 8 times since placing my order as their is a mistake on THEIR form. They refuse to respond. I put a review on *** where they promised to respond to me. ***. DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS WITH BLICKERS. ***
I bought sunglasses here before and they were fine, but this was my first time ordering prescription glasses and it will definitely be my last. The glasses were poorly made, scratched my skin, did not stay steady on my face, and became loose again right after tightening with a screw.

I initially sent pictures of the issue and the customer service team agreed with me, offering a refund or replacement. But once I returned the glasses, they suddenly changed their position and claimed that the same faulty glasses: loose screws and frames that scratch the skin were “up to their standard.” They treat me as if I am not the one who paid over *** euros for Miu Miu prescription glasses I wanted to wear, and as if I am unreasonable for not accepting glasses that move and fall off my face even after being tightened.

They technically ruined a perfectly good frame by forcing in the prescription lenses (it looks as if with a hammer), kept my *** euros, and refused to offer even a partial refund.

Cheaper prices than other stores come at a cost: poor quality and dismissive customer service.
I am very disappointed with my experience with Blickers. My parcel was apparently damaged and returned to them on 22/09, but I was never informed. Instead, I was told to check with my neighbours, even though the company had already signed off the parcel on their side.

It took them over a week to reply to me, and the lack of communication and transparency has been extremely frustrating. This is not the level of service I expect from a professional company.

I have now requested a full refund. Hopefully, this will be resolved quickly, but based on my experience so far, I cannot recommend Blickers.
The glasses were never received. Poor communication regarding delivery. Returned to sender and still waiting for my refund - 4 weeks later
I have just purchased my third pair of glasses from this company and would like to recommend them to anyone reading this.
Easy transaction, kept informed at all times with tracking facility and received goods in the stated time.
Once I had received the package, the glasses were well packaged and each set of glasses perfect. The last pair of glasses received had my prescription made up and they are exact to my UK script.
