Avoid at all costs. I received a faulty pair of Raybans - they say their is no fault (after sending photos and even a video) - when I put them on, the left lens pops out of the frame and I have to click it back in.

After 2 months of slow comms, they refuse point blank to help and say its normal for glasses to do this.

They have wound up their UK limited company (March 26) so you can't start a small claim against them. Spanish company only now.

Currently pursuing a card claim.

Totally unreasonalble and unhelpful. You WON'T get your money back if you have an issue with yoru purchase.

Blickers sent my glasses with UPS to a distribution centre in Spain. UPS did this and now the order is completed. It is not at my house in The Netherlands, it is in the distribution facility in Spain… both Blickers and UPS’ systems think they have completed the order

For the past decade, I have bought several eyeglasses and sunglasses from Blickers. The only time I have had an issue is right now with a recent eyeglass purchase. The lens of the eyeglasses came damaged (chipped / scratched) in the right lens. The team has made it extraordinarily difficult to process a refund as they have again and again asked for images of the damage. Secondly, now they have gone silent even though all I have requested is a refund for the lenses so I can have them replaced locally.
The real test of a company comes when something goes wrong.
So far, they are failing.

***. Waited 6 weeks with no information other than order received. No reply from emails. No contact number. AI chat bot is next to useless. Why is it always companies in Spain that are scamming everyone? This is the second in a row. Chargeback on its way.
