***. Waited 6 weeks with no information other than order received. No reply from emails. No contact number. AI chat bot is next to useless. Why is it always companies in Spain that are scamming everyone? This is the second in a row. Chargeback on its way.

This is a fraudulent website who emailed me that my parcel was delivered however it was never delivered and after contacting them through 1000 emails I got to know the parcel was returned to them and now it’s been over a month and they are not returning my money. Their return policy says you will get your return in 14 days but they will never do it

Gli occhiali mi sono arrivati con una piccola imperfezione sull’asta sinistra. L’azienda non mi ha offerto nessun tipo di garanzia o rimborso in quanto ho segnalato il difetto 8 giorni dopo la consegna! Chiaramente non ho fatto il reso perché avrei dovuto pagare la spedizione di *** € senza avere la certezza di un rimborso visto che hanno attribuito a me la colpa. Assurdo! Sconsigliatissimi
