I have ordered before (a lot). Always delivered home. Now I got info (after making the order and paying) that the 5 kilo package will be delivered more than one kilometer away from my home. This info was not given before the purchase. Not fair.

The books of gift wrap are beautiful. The books were delivered in 2-3 days which was exceptional. Thank you!

Can't say anything about the product: never received it. Your choice of transporter is disastrous. I paid twice the price of the agenda (€*** vs €*** ) to have it as a present delivered in 10 days. however, it seems it will not arrive at all. BRT/Bartolini will keep it in their dispatch center until I come and get it. I cannot reach them through their customer service desk in Albania. I will claim a refund from Bekking & Blits for agenda (not received) and transport (not effectuated)

Je suis particulièrement mécontent du service de votre compagnie. En effet, vous déclarez que votre coursier est passé à mon domicile au jour dit et pendant le créneau horaire annoncé mais qu’il m’aurait, selon lui, trouvé absent. Alors que ce jour-là je n’ai pas quitté un instant mon domicile me tenant prêt à réceptionner ma commande. Celle-ci fut en conséquence déposée dans un lieu de retrait relativement éloigné de mon domicile qu’il m’est impossible de rejoindre compte tenu de mes difficultés à marcher. C’est la seconde fois que vous m’imposer une telle déconvenue. Mon colis y demeure ainsi toujours en attendant qu’une personne serviable et plus efficace que votre compagnie soit disposée à l’y retirer pour moi avant la date de son renvoi à l’expéditeur (Bekking & Blitz).

Je ne manquerai pas de partager ce mécontentement auprès de mon association de consommateurs et de l’expéditeur de cette commande ainsi qu’à prévenir leurs éventuels homologues futurs que s’ils entendent m’expédier mes commandes par le canal de votre compagnie ils peuvent s’en épargner la peine.
