I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Was very comfortable in my nautical themed room with a functioning kitchen, cute dining room and comfortable lounge and beautiful bedroom with adjoining bathroom. But the balcony was ocean views were the highlight for me.

We really enjoy our stays at the hotel. The hotel is quiet, the rooms are airy, lovely, clean and well maintained . The biggest asset of the hotel is the staff - they are friendly, polite and helpful but never "in your face" . Nothing is too much trouble , and service is always provided immediately with a smile.

Communication..... Reception staff was aware that I was going out the Friday but they did not make me aware of the closing times I was thus locked out the Friday and only slept one night at the hotel.

The quality of the room, under exceeded my expectation. There were only shampoo and conditioner available in the bathroom. no hand sanitizer, no water, no numbers displayed to daily for reception or room services. More milk to be added if you have 2 people to share and drinking coffee at night and in the morning. The pillows were very uncomfortable and the bed hard as nails. For a four star I expected more.
