The type of service is professional and staff are courteous and client briefings are precise and complete. The things that I had an issue with are the following :
* Liason personnel to the DFA office was unreachable when I tried to contact him during the time that I was instructed to. (reason : no cellphone load?) But even if I was the one calling, there was no one answering. I needed to re-contact the main office to get a response.

The staff were not as informative as I have expected. It seemed they were not very knowledgeable about the VISA requirements. However, they were very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. I could see they try their best.
