Really pleased with the high chair we ordered and the delivery was excellent, overall it was a good experience.
I ordered an Axkid Move car seat and received an email to say it would be arriving the following week. It didn’t say which day but I didn’t worry about that. As soon as it was dispatched I got a text and email letting me know and when it would be arriving. I knew no one would be home but there were options to leave it with a neighbour etc or pick it up from an Argos. I chose to pick it up. The process of doing that literally took 3 clicks, it was so easy. Then I got an email and text to say it was ready for pick up. So easy and excellent communication so thank you. And I love the seat.
The ordering process was simple and I was kept up to date on how my order progressed.
Although the wrong product was originally sent this was quickly rectified & swapped without issues.

Goods despatched sameday as ordered. (Was before 3pm) and arrived next day, which made paying £*** for what was a light, relatively small package acceptable.
No damage to goods or packaging. Courier notified one hour time slot of when parcel would be delivered. Would use again.

I brought this for my daughter who is having our first grandchild. Where we are pleased with the moses basket ect I was very alarmed by the packaging. The was a slight damage to the basket it self but it doesn't really show. The box it came in was open box damaged so it could of been a lot worse. Just wanted to let you know.
