Communication was an issue e.g not being advised i had been accepted for a property, emails not responded to, not advised property had an embedded network for utilities (never heard of before) i tried use my usual provider but could not I would have been nice to know this when i collected the apartment keys. I have rented for many years and this was a completely different experience.

The experience so far has been good. *** have been great, and follow up prompt. We'll see how things go as issues arise in time while we are tenants. As also being a landlord, I believe how you treat tenants is important so what happens over the period of the lease will determine any changes to your rating. So far so good
