I brought my car in for a bumper repair from an accident that I was not at fault for. The bumper was repaired but the installation caused damage to the electronics in my steering wheel.
I immediately notified your team, took back for assessment and was acknowledged that the controls were not working. The faults were caused by your installl. I have your team a month to fix the issue with no resolve.
The GoTapid team at Moorabbin are crooks in my opinion. I was referred to you by the insurer as a trusted repairer only to have my car damaged further. You state that you stand by your repairs. That’s bullshit. You have caused damaged to my car that I now have to have repaired elsewhere. I will be seeking legal guidance to take this matter to VCAT small claims for reimbursement of the the further repair costs.
Dodgy repairers! I will be reviewing you on every online platform to discourage others from engaging you.

Very happy with service in these difficulty times

Car looks great and really appreciate the inside and out clean! My only negative is the lack of communication. When I rang the day prior to picking my car up you said that the part you had ordered came in damaged and you needed my car for a further week, but no one told me this. I also had to call on the day to ask if my car was ready or not.

It doesn't take 7 days to repair a car, if my car was sitting there waiting to be fitted it would have made more sense to bring it in once you were ready. Just seemed like a long ** of time for no reason.
