The motor insurance policy is not linked to NIID verification website immediately. You follow up with Axa on the linkage until you get exhausted. They need to improve on the linkage. For almost a week now and I am not able to verify my policy on NIID website and nobody is responding despite reminders to them.

Process of underwriting is fairly easier for this class of insurance policy compared to other competitors I have transacted with. The real test of AXA Mansard services would depend on it responds to claims.
