It was easy and seamless
The entire onboarding process is not friendly at all. I am using an iOS device and the link in the text message I received only opens google play store. When i click on the app store link in the mail, I am told the app is not available in my country. I had to go to app store and search for the equivalent of what I saw in play store before I was able to download. Furthermore, The user interface is not user friendly at all and the reviews from app store did not help to boost my confidence in the app
Representatives from Ada were quick to attend to me to make sure I get things right. I appreciate this.

Nice one, though we just started, yet to visit the hospital, but from friends who uses the AXA all seems to be okay.
From our last induction, it shows you guys have not been doing well. The time wasting to get treatment, the lack of communication between AXA and the hospitals involved in the hmo scheme needs to look into fast.
