I really liked that my emails were responded to in a timely fashion and all my complaints were handled quickly. Top tier customer service
The level of service I am receiving from AXA currently is totally unacceptable.
It is good and there is much room for improvement
My recent experience with AxaMansard has been highly disappointing and frustrating. From the onset of my claim, the process has been plagued by significant delays, poor communication, and a lack of professionalism.
Despite providing all necessary documentation promptly, the claim dragged on unnecessarily, with little to no proactive updates from the team. I had to make repeated follow-up calls, which were ignored without any returned calls. This level of complacency and lackluster attitude is unacceptable for an organization entrusted with providing timely support during stressful situations.
Even after the auto-repairer agreed on the repair cost, the company failed to communicate clear timelines or expedite payment, forcing me to demand a specific deadline for resolution. The entire experience reflects inefficiency and disregard for customer satisfaction, leaving me deeply dissatisfied.
I strongly urge AxaMansard to review its internal processes and improve responsiveness, transparency, and accountability. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend their services and will reconsider my options for future coverage.
Took over a week to process claim. I was told 72 hours

AXA Mansard makes the process of getting insurance policy seamless and attractive and will not charge a client unreasonable premium for insurance. If there is a claim their response is always very swift and will leave a client satisfied after the damage has been paid for.
The response was quick and fast!
