I like claim process it’s very convenient and fast but I was really disappointed with the garage where I given my car to repair after even they inspected my car it’s took one month for them to arrange the spare parts and for even minor damage they took one week to repair.

I now firmly believe in the value that insuring with GIG provides. Keep up being an awesome insurance company. There are always opportunities for improvement, such as better online channels to connect directly to the customer, but I am sure you are already working on that.

I rate 1 star because I have a very bad experienced with the auto repair shop GIG recommended (AARYA REPAIR SHOP) the attending person name Mr.***, told me to gave a deposit of Aed*** to buy the parts. Actually it took 1 Month before they fixed it and the only problem was slight damage of the left side mirror. Thank God Mr.*** worked the same shop helped me to get fix without any deposit.

I feel that GIG supporting the customer on time.
