Hat alles bestens gepaßt. Auch die im Anschluß noch durchgeführten Änderungen liefen ohne irgendwelche Probleme ab. Die Internetseite ist übersichtlich und man findet eigentlich sofort, wonach man sucht.

Ich nutze die Versicherung bereits für mein zweites Aupair und habe bisher nur gute Erfahrungen gemacht. Auch als mein Aupair Zahnschmerzen hatte, war die Kommunikation und die Rückerstattung meiner Kosten sehr unkompliziert.

Easy and user friendly. Good overview of all relevant insurances. I liked, that I was able to compare the different types and what is included/excluded. The customer service is easy to reach and has good and helpful knowledge. Overall the page and the team knows what they do and when we had the first doctors appointment, the payment was within the given timeframe and also will 100% refund.
