I have now used Dr.*** twice for my au pairs, and both experiences have been excellent. The first time, the contract process was very simple, and when the au pair arrangement ended, canceling the insurance was just as easy. On the two occasions I contacted customer service, I received immediate support and the representatives were extremely friendly and helpful.

During the first contract, my au pair visited a doctor and received medication, and I was fully reimbursed in less than one month, which gave me a lot of confidence in the service.

Now, with my second au pair, the contract process was once again smooth and straightforward. Based on my previous positive experience, I had no hesitation choosing Dr. Walter again. I appreciate knowing that reimbursements are handled efficiently and that if the au pair contract ends, the insurance can be canceled easily with a refund.
