I recently ordered a custom morale patch and I’m extremely pleased with the result. The quality of the patch is excellent, the detail came out brilliantly, and it captured exactly what I was hoping for. Throughout the process, communication was outstanding. The team were responsive, professional, and accommodating, taking the time to work through all of my requests and making sure the final design was right.

What particularly stood out was their willingness to accommodate custom requirements and help bring the idea to life without any fuss.

The only area where I think there is room for improvement would be providing customers with a little more guidance on cost-saving options. For example, advising how changes to patch size, quantities, colours, or design complexity might affect pricing could help customers make more informed decisions and potentially get better value for money.

That said, this is a minor suggestion rather than a criticism. The service, communication, and final product were all excellent, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
