    They knew that I had to wake up at 3:30 a.m. to fly and had to call and get five times a reception for solucionasen the subject, long before the first time you tell them would be about eleven at night, were following slow to address the following warnings and did not solve the issue until 0:30, I could not sleep for the nerves to see the next room continued and hotel not solve the problem. Also I booked *** can not advertise *** night when then offered the day, this issue had to pay double around the room and did not accept other payment option or for us to go there. If you do not return the money I'll put a claim so that they can not hire on *** because it is a trick to go to the hotel and then get you double the money you had hired. Anyone who used to book hotels, is so fast that this detail will usually not see it, plus it seems that reception were accustomed to this problem so they said. I hope to make the payment on the credit card where the amount charged for the room.

    i am a very regular customer - staying at BAWA INTERNATION regularly for the past 6 months and before that regularly at BAWA SUITES for more than 1 year.
    my stay is usually for 3 nights in a row - every month - if not thrice in 2 months.

    the way I was treated this time is not acceptable to me.

    I had booked for 3 nights starting the 20th of Jan and had some unfinished work - so asked for an extension for 1 more night. I understand that you were sold out - but there is a was of saying so. I requested your staff at the reception to see what can be done - till I have breakfast.
    when I returned - her first instruction was - pls proceed to the cashier - I had not even checked out, not packed my bag / not brought the bag down - and I was sent to the cashier !!!!!!!
    then when I went to the room to pack - within minutes I had the bell boy to pickup my bag - I had not even packed - felt like I was being thrown out of the hotel.

    I don't expect to be treated this way.
