Superb service and the products are lovely. Only have one gripe, I purchased a large leather hat and it was forced into a much smaller box. This caused creasing around the brim which took a while to correct.

Everything great!!! But don't use UPS. The package arrived torn apart. Everything inside was in good conditions, but the box seemed like was trampled on.
