Excellent service and successful outcome. I wasn’t sure if I was able to make a claim but *** was very helpful, kept me updated throughout the process and helped us receive what we were entitled to.

- communication in getting to speak to advisor could have been slightly better, missed opportunities to speak slightly earlier but everyone was really helpful and tried to ensure misunderstanding around timings was sorted out
- Mr *** is brilliant, really helpful and smart. His advise was reassuring and exactly what I needed at an anxious time.

Clear communication and great support in handling the situation that arise. Set expectations with clarity and was helpful us through the process. I was surprised how helpful Nicole was throughout and the speed at which she operated.
