It was easier in the past at the time of renewal to just provide an updated list and not enter individual requests on our side. It is time consuming as a result of company policy change passing on the work to us. That is the only part that should have not changed. Why change it when it was working and was customer friendly. --thanks.
I love working with Allianz.
The only message i received was there was an email sent. No email was received and if you require for us to do a contact directly from the website we expect to get a response directly to our message. Not a short response that there was an email sent and message was closed i had to reopen another Contact Us message because i cant reply back to my original message. Not professional at all

the online portal was not totally clear on where to submit monthly reports, however the question I sent was answered within 24 hours, and provided clarity
