We don't have the luxury of waiting hours or days for a response. When we first started with you, EZ covers were given pretty quickly. Now it seems like nothing is "instantaneous" Now, at the top of the page for weeks and weeks there is the following note:Partial service disruption -Due to maintenance planned for the upcoming weekend, your access to Allianz Trade Online might be disrupted during this period of time.
