We are newer customers and I had quite a few questions about submitting claims for accounts not insured and/or under $10,000. I was told one thing by one person and then the opposite by another. I also have not been able to speak with a human being despite asking for a call in emails and calling the numbers provided. One number didn't even let me leave a voicemail, and the other voicemails I left were never returned. I also did an online message asking for help and it was closed without anyone reaching out or actually helping me.

The agent did not read and answer my question. Instead, they sent me a how-to guide and showed me where to download documents I'd already indicated I'd read. Where do I go to get a live agent that can read and understand beyond the pre-determined script that doesn't match my inquiry?
