No one answer me only to send me to the next department
The website is still showing the payment as open, even though it has already been paid. I understand that your accounting system upgrade may take some time and that the issue has not yet been resolved. However, it appears that the customer service ticket has been closed.I had asked for a timeframe for when the website would be updated to correct the status, but I was informed that there is currently no ETA. Since the issue remains unresolved and the website is still showing an open balance for a payment that has already been made, closing the ticket seems premature.
Could you please review this matter and reopen the ticket until the issue is resolved? The current status is very confusing for us.
