When i raise a ticket, you close it wihout resolution so i have to raise another ticket to answer any questions you have raised, you provide no support or guidance on using your portal. In regards to the policy support thats even worse you dont support our business or its growth. Ive never been more dissapointed with a service in the 20+ years ive used Trade Credit Insurance
