Great, easy to navigate website.
My order was clearly packaged with care. I ordered 12 bags with random colours and they put an even colour of each bag :D! Very considerate!
Their customer service is excellent too, I emailed with an inquiry and they responded kindly and clearly.

A bit of criticism though - I noticed on your facebook page that you have posted ai generated images. It made me a bit disappointed knowing the ethics around generative ai.
I think it also creates distrust around your service.
Real photographs would be a lot better like on your website :)

Fantastic products, items received were exactly as described and expected, great delivery time, included accurate replacement for the specific crayons that were out of stock and there were no differences except for the packaging. They also called to inform me of the slight adjustment due to stocking issues which was greatly appreciated! Amazing customer service. Will certainly be ordering again in the future, both the children and parents loved the party bags I made using these items for our Christmas party! Many thanks!

Disappointed!! Quality of items was not good. The pass the parcel was ok as it was only £*** and there were quite a few items in it but the 2 extra gifts I ordered are terrible. The stacking rings arrived in a box that looked like it was covered in mud and the box was all smashed up. It's clear that it was smashed before it was packed as the outside box is fine. I've been unable to gift this to my friends baby as intended. The other helicopter toy was even worse. The packaging again was bad and the toy doesn't work. It has a tag to pull but when I pulled the tag nothing happened. The plastic is terrible and I doubt even legal in this country. Can't see any kite marks on it. Ideally I would like to be refunded for these 2 items as they can't be used

Thank you for you survive, my daughter loved making the party bags together before the party. It's not just a party bag it the time father and daughter together .
It arrived on time and great toys. Worth the money. ( i wouldn't turn down on money of next time i buy 😀)Definitely will be buy next year.
