Everything went smoothly, from the initial contact, to creating the itinerary, payments and the actual golf trip. AGS did an excellent job of providing our group with an amazing golf trip. Everyone involved with AGS was professional, helpful and friendly.

We were very impressed with every aspect of working with the AGS team. We had a large group of 20 people and played 8 rounds over 6 days. The logistics of making this happen would have been insurmountable without the professional assistance of AGS' world class team. Despite such a large group, we were still able to play all of the top courses in the Scottish Highlands and had zero logistical issues throughout our trip. Everyone loved the trip, the courses and the overall experience.

Just had a fantastic trip to Killarney and Dublin with my son. Monika at AGS was exceptional at planning and executing on everything. Communication was always very timely in the months leading up to the trip. Our driver James O’Leary was the perfect host while in SW Ireland. The hotels were great and very convenient to everything we wanted to see and do. And the golf courses were all top notch. Especially Ballybunion and Tralee. Great work AGS! I will use your services again.

The Customer support was outstanding. Not issues with this trip

Overall, AGS services are outstanding. The overall trip, dinners, and transportation were excellent. The support I received from Anna in retrieving my delayed golf clubs was above and beyond. The only constructive comment I have is about our bus driver Andy. He is very knowledgable and gave perspective on a lot of things. That said, he would tell us the departure times each day, and we would all be ready to go, and he would not show up until it was time to depart, so we were always standing around waiting for him. He also would make comments that seemed off base, even over the microphone. For example, Larry made an announcement, and Andy on the microphone said, "Well, that's redundant." I understand Adrian has known Andy for a long time, but Andy is not necessarily a positive reflection for your company. Even some of the caddies we worked with knew Andy from other tours and they were not complimentary. Thank you again for a wonderful trip!
