The Customer support was outstanding. Not issues with this trip

Overall, AGS services are outstanding. The overall trip, dinners, and transportation were excellent. The support I received from Anna in retrieving my delayed golf clubs was above and beyond. The only constructive comment I have is about our bus driver Andy. He is very knowledgable and gave perspective on a lot of things. That said, he would tell us the departure times each day, and we would all be ready to go, and he would not show up until it was time to depart, so we were always standing around waiting for him. He also would make comments that seemed off base, even over the microphone. For example, Larry made an announcement, and Andy on the microphone said, "Well, that's redundant." I understand Adrian has known Andy for a long time, but Andy is not necessarily a positive reflection for your company. Even some of the caddies we worked with knew Andy from other tours and they were not complimentary. Thank you again for a wonderful trip!

Excellent customer service, from making the detailed trip plan ahead of time, and then the on-trip support was beyond excellent. Every ride was there to drop off and pick up as planned. We just had to refer to the schedule and relax and enjoy all the glorious golf! We will use AGS again and refer to all our friends. I’m already thinking of my next Scotland trip, thanks to this top-not h experience.

We were very satisfied with the service and the courses that we played. Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The courses we played were excellent and the Rosapenna hotel was perfect. Our driver was fantastic and engaging for our long drive to the resort. We would definitely consider using ASG for our next trip.

The only complaint is that we were given bad information on the caddie fee.
The information we received from you said 55euros and both courses where we used caddies charged us 80euros, before the tip

Extremely satisfied with customer support. *** was amazing. Very responsive before the trip and during the trip. This was critical as timing was of the essence to try to get non guaranteed tee times on the Old Course. She provided great restaurant recommendations and made reservations when requested. During the trip, the pick-up/drop off times were right on time and we never waited. We felt well taken care of. We felt like we were being taken care of by a boutique organization with very personalized service. I would highly recommend AGS to others.
