Quicker repair time

They were very quick which was great but unfortunately the edge of my taillights were cut/split from the bumper being replaced and the clips for the bumper still aren’t effectively fit but I’ve dealt with enough issues - I didn’t want to be a hassle by bringing it up.

Initially I got an update from Gemini on the estimated date of completion then I had to keep calling for an update. Once the car was delivered back to capital smart the front grill had a screw missing and was ratlling. Took it to capital smart who repaired it.

We are absolutely thrilled with the results from your work ….such great attention to detail. The vehicle has come up ‘ brand new’

At all times the staff werevery pleasant and a pleasure to deal with. They were also happy and friendly, not "robots" , who could not do enough for us.
When the car was completed, it had been thoroughly cleaned inside and out and given to us like a new car. The service and quality of workmanship could not have been better in any way.

The service was wonderful … and I was kept informed along the way. The main issue I had with the repair was the inordinate length of time it took to undertake the work …. Two months… most inconvenient or having a vehicle for that length of time!
But what a fantastic job they did …. I couldn’t be happier!

Not happy with the service. Took too long and in the end wasn't fixed properly. Also caused extra damages to the car. Now need to reschedule another booking to get fixed properly.

I was originally told it would take 3 days but when I dropped my car off I was advised I would have it back the next day. I am very happy to have my car back in 2 days. The repair job looks amazing & one would never know it had been damaged. The Southport staff are very friendly & took great care of my car. Hats off to Aaron, the office lady, the repair guys & last but not least the awesome lady who washed & cleaned my baby. Thank you all
