Unfortunately, ozzy tyres doesn't stick to their sales prices, nor their fitment gaurentee.
Happily take more than they should( got charged full price ) and refused to refund the advertised price difference.
They also will charge for express postage and insurance, but won't refund the express postage when it's taken over 7 days to arrive

My only issue is the response times answering e-mails and the fact that I have to wait over 2 months for the delivery of my wheels. Not very happy at all........

Didn't have wheels in stock but got something better and more expensive at same price. Communication was good, very fast shipping. Quality product, I would shop here again.

If the deliver can send message prior to arrive day, that will be better.

Good people let down by poor processes and systems. Difficult communication between Sydney and Brisbane office not sharing information lead me to almost pull my order in total. It is a shame because everyone I spoke to was nice enough, but the communication between the offices appears lackluster in so far as I would assume they are basically not on speaking terms - this will affect your business if it has not already, plenty of competing products out there. Google reviews responder only reacts to negative comments (in an agressive way) and not to positive comments, this does not show a level of business maturity I would expect to see - whoever this is should be trained on how to respond both positive and negative.
