I saw *** twice my second appointment being today. On my first visit she knew exactly what was wrong with me (PMR)! I was in great pain and very distraught. I found *** compassionate, caring and very knowledgeable. *** wrote to my GP requesting tests to confirm my diagnosis which turned out to be correct. I feel without *** writing the letter I would still be in agony not knowing what the problem was! Due to *** immediate response I am now further on with my treatment. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely lady to anyone who, like me would otherwise have to wait for the nhs. Top class treatment, and grateful thanks. With kind regards.
Extremely poor service and a booked appointment without telling me the price.
I had paid for an initial consultation with natalie kaczmarek which was around £150, once in the appointment she had told me she would work with a physio and he would construct a detailed plan to attack an chronic issue I’ve been dealing with for 4 years.
After the session she had told me she would refer me to a member of her team and provided me a date and time - but no price I was not told of this price until after the second appointment with David ho where I received phone calls telling me I had an outstanding £130 to pay.

Whilst having the appointment David had told me he has no idea how to tackle my issue, making me feel even more hopeless and told me he was never told about a detailed plan and that this is not something he usually does for clients. So I was lied to.
Secondly David repeatedly mentioned a separated sports consultant who charges £400 completely separated to the clinic as he has no idea what was causing problems. After the session I was given a program which consisted of 3 exercises and not the detailed plan I was told. Upon leaving no one asked for payment from me and I assumed since I was referred by natalie and she said “ I’m going to book you in with David and refer the session so you aren’t paying ridiculous amounts” that the session was covered yet she booked me in for the most expensive session of 130.
I have been repeatedly hounded to pay 130 when I was neither told of the amount prior, during or immediately after the session. I am also expected to pay £130 for extremely poor treatment and service
If you are someone who is dealing with complex issues I suggest you stay away from this clinic.

I have attended several rehab physiotherapy sessions with Luke Pollock over the last 2 months. It has been great working with Luke, as he has helped me overcome a specific knee issue and subsequently increase my general strength and conditioning through a variety of targeted exercise programmes. Highly recommended.
All the staff are friendly and helpful. They are all professional yet caring!
Max has been amazing. He has gradually built up my exercises and has noticed a difference - as have I. I am so happy with him and my progress.

After an initial consultation Karl gave me exercises to increase movement in a frozen shoulder. He also helped with a lower back issue. I was very pleased with the improvement in mobility and reduction of pain.
I was recommended Ali by my brother who has had rotator cuff surgery and his great recovery has been down to the physio he received at six Physio .
They are knowledgeable know what they are doing and I would highly recommend them.
Staff very nice, charging rate exorbitant for taking off a bandage at Fitzrovia about £160 and stitches at Finchley about £120. No waterproof dressings whole experience an unnecessary expense.
