I made a review on their website, but it is not posted because they only post positive reviews from amateur beginner growers who are satisfied with little and immediately give 5 stars. They also never get in touch and ignore everything. With every order I always got the same free Northern Light seeds, so in the end I was left with about 20 of the same seeds after multiple orders and they never gave other varieties to try. They claim that you always get good results with their F1 seeds, but the genetics were bad and I did not get good results and then you are ignored and not helped. They want to sell as many of those bad genetics as possible so that you have to buy more seeds. I also find the prices too high for the quality of the seeds, nice packaging but it is the content that counts.

Delivery- all good
Seeds- one had a very odd genetic problem, was growing since sprouting in a weird spiral form, looked deformed and I didn't let it grow further
One ended up to be hemafrodite, which I don't think it was my fault because other two had the same conditions in same space and ended up perfect
In the end, I did get returns from half the seeds which I was very happy with so ***

I had an issue with a parcel being delivered (delivery companies fault) and Marie from RQS customer services was amazing and made replacing my items stress free.

I would highly recommend using their service as I never have any issues with them and they are very informative about anything you need to know!

Hi, been a customer a while now. Love that you give free seeds, but none of them germinated last time which was disappointing. The purchased seeds were all good. Free ones, not so. Love the free gifts too. I would and do recommend you to friends and we enjoy the tasting process, especially the random seeds we get to try. More please
