Very easy and straightforward process

I purchased pet insurance in June 2025, and it was just never made active. I only realised this a couple of weels ago, and immediately contacted an Allianz live agent, who replied a couple of times and then completely ghosted me. When I rang the next working day, the call agent was helpful but couldn't waive the 2 week buffer period. Very frustrating. If my pup became ill within those two weeks, she wouldn't bave been covered, despite her insurance being arrange months ago.Anyway, the agent said he would find out if the buffer could be waived and call me back. He never called me back.
Needless to say, I won't be recommending Allianz to anyone.
