I cancelled my policy,, why am I getting this survey?

It was very easy and straightforward to navigate through the process of getting insurance

I was a little unsure if next steps, it said being reviewed but didn’t know how long or if I should just wait & see. Luckily a couple of days later I got confirmation all in order. I think this step fed into the speed & clarity of sales purpose. I am unsure of any limitations of cover as very basic but nonetheless I wanted to get the policy in force, im sure any exclusions or limitations will be issued when I log in. All in all quite ok and thank you very much

I dealt with a very helpful gentleman and any queries I had he answered and explained in detail..

Did the new policy on line, answered a few questions & it was done, hopefully if there is a claim sometime in the future (hopefully not) that it will be looked at after easily
