To be honest the vets are very good at filling the forms out as they have all the information on my cats and that takes pressure off me trying to fill them out. I just had to read and sign them.

It was handled quickly through the vetinary hospital. Agents were clear when the emergency occurred and I needed to know the claim would be covered. My only criticism is that I have paid insurance from the moment I adopted my dog and it was not fully covered due to her age. This is very unfair having been a loyal customer, it makes you question what an insurance policy is for. I had to set up a Go Fund me to raise the 50% of the cost.
