My only gripe was that it was not really clear that you needed me to send proof of no claims. You issued my cert before I sent you this. This led me to believe that I was on cover, i had to contyact you to understand why I was getting textx. Also the notifications in your portal are not clear. However in general my experience has been hugely [positive, i particularly appreciated how easy it was to change my vehicle details, which I had to do on the first day of cover.
