As I recall, I was unable to complete the application process online

We've had nothing but issues after making payment for insurance policy. Immediately after paying, we experienced issues with the online portal, meaning a difficulty accessing our documents. I now get my personal insurance details to my work email, which is not preferable.
The address on the documentation was incorrect, even when giving the full address when setting up. It could have caused huge issues with drawing down our mortgage. The agent I was speaking to, *** , was not understanding of the situation, and also spelt the updated address incorrectly, despite it being called out, leading to more stress for us and another call having to be made.

The only reason this is not 1 star is because of an agent called Evan, who was completely understanding, fixed the issue immediately and was incredibly helpful.

As of now, we would not recommend Allianz or renew our policy.

Brilliant customer experience

The following day having purchased my insurance i had to make a small change in the date in which the house was built. I was charged an additional €*** to make this minimal change. I am a pensioner and just made a small slip up. I' m not impressed
