Second person I spoke with, although very helpful and patient, spoke very quickly and not always clearly. I had to ask to repeat numerous times. Also, my end-of-terrace house was entered as terraced due to lack of options for the representative, I was lucky to notice the anomaly and the correction to semi-detached as the next best option did result in a revised price.
