My experience with Civium, and *** in particular has been exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

I am based overseas and this was my first time selling a property, the communication was excellent and *** provided the perfect level of detail to give me comfort that the sale was in safe hands. Not once was I left wondering about the status of the sale or concerned with the process.

He kept me posted with updates and gave me honest feedback, setting realistic expectations. He was fair, extremely helpful, and professional, providing fast responses to any questions that I had.

I would certainly recommend Civium if you are selling or buying you home!

*** looked after our rental property for quite a number of years. It was wonderful to have someone we could rely on to keep tabs on rent and repairs. She was always very efficient and relieved us of much worry - we are now in our senior years and live some distance away.
