The technician you sent did not know what to do and misdiagnosed the repairs required and I paid for a part that wasn’t required. I’ve email to complain and seek refund but have not heard back at all, not even an aknowledgememt of receiving my email

*** was great. He was going to get back to me quickly about what to replace the oven and dishwasher with, as this is quite urgent, but as of late Friday, we have not heard from anyone.
