No follow up no return calls despite multiple attempts at contact...texts emails calls.

The cost included a free colour consultant, which was very helpful and there was a difficult colour issue that was addressed and resolved in a highly professional manner.

We thought we were going to get a more personalised service. The painters on the first 3 days were in a hurry to slap paint on and get out of the place. We had to clean up paint drops on the floor and on the deck suite they used for their lunch. A lot of filler was used but very little scraping and sanding was done.I am surprised they applied an undercoat and 2 top coats in the time they were here.

All contact with Rochele employees from administrative staff answering my queries on the phone to quotes being done on time and promptly. The painters were very friendly and very obliging with all my queries.
