Top class repair job. My car looks brand new again. Excellent customer service as well, I felt valued as a customer.
There was a lot of damage done to the car,so it took a long time to repair. Wrong parts were sent & they had to go back & be replaced so that was a delay. All in all the job that they dod was fantastic & the team were really great & kept us up to date with everything that was happening. When we got the car back it looked brand new. So i would recommend them very highly to anyone to get their car fixed.

Today, after smash repairs and receiving the tow-truck delivery of my car, the first thing that I did was that I checked my coolent and engine oil levels. There was absolutely no coolent in my car whereas the engine oil level was although very low but it was within the minimum level range!
I found the service to be very professional and was kept updated regularly on progress. The car looked brand new when I picked it up - very impressive indeed. Thanks, ***

My car which required a passenger left hand back panel replaced took 6 weeks. I was not kept informed as to what was happening I had to keep calling for an update. I realise this incompetence was equally the fault of Smart motors, Campbelltown repairs and AAMI. I will write in full to all three about how disappointed I was. ***

My car has been back numerous times as not done right the first time. The staff before covid didn’t seem very helpful and when I said this is still broken they said no that’s how it works even after I went to ford to ask. Then they finally say it was broken. After covid the visit I had today the new staff were much more helpful and would recommend them
Very friendly staff. Vehicle presented well. Slight delay in repairs but was always kept informed..
