I still have not received the settlement. I had to constantly enquire as to what stage my claim was at.It would be great if my emails were confirmed as received, I got no inforwithout asking several times.
I will leave more feedback when I receive my settlment

Simple communication and courtesy

The assessor from*** was not great . After. The initial contact I had to ring after a month after sending in pics etc &been told it would take 3 weeks at most . He said they were very busy & needed more pics which I took & sent back immediately . He was going on holidays & another agent took over - she was super efficient , said my claim
Had been put in wrong coke & hence I had to contact them when I heard nothing . She was so apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault & apologised several times . She had a very friendly helpful manner & assured me claim would be promptly dealt with now . My neighbour who had a different insurance Co for her half of the party wall also had to deal with Davies who took a long time & her company had to contact them in the end . We were both very happy with our respective insurance companies but neither of us with *** . Many thanks
