Issue with battery upon pick up. My battery won't last overnight. It was okay prior to accident and prior to being repaired. RACQ tested and says I need new battery....
Issue with pick up also. I phoned friday 05.04 was told all on schedule for Monday but could
100% confirm until Monday. Get a text Monday do say it will be Friday. I was phoning bacuse I would have returned my hirer car Saturday and picked it up again on Tuesday the 09.04. not annoyed it took longer annoyed no notice even when I specifically called to ask. Now battery issue not impressed.
Not good, it went out the back 2 times to fix agreed issues. I arrived at 9:30 and left at 12. I having to come back again after parts are ordered. You had my car for 16 weeks and could not get it right.

Everyone was so friendly and understanding. The girls answering the phones were so lovely and patient. They have done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend .
I am so frustrated since you changed my car mirror and head lights and fixed the driver side door and other parts, my car alarm is very sensitive that it start beeping every now and then. I am so frustrated that I called you and you changed my battery but it didn’t fix the problem. You didn’t tell the truth either. I will take this consumer rights will not stop until I get fair solution. Please learn to take the responsibility don’t just throw it away. It’s happening from day one I picked my car up from your dealership. Your employee even said they heard the alarm going on/off. Then find out and fix as it became more sensitive since you changed the new parts. I need a solution asap thanks

They kept me informed on the progress of my repairs when asked promptly. The work done is excellent and the staff were friendly on handover.
We liked that we were kept updated every week about repairs to our car.
The turn around time of 3 weeks and lack of communication let you down.
My vehicle has been repaired to a very high standard. Cannot even notice that it had been in an accident at all. I would certainly recommend this repairer in the future.
