We traveled from Sydney to Kangaroo Valley. Our driver was fine, he didn't speak English but we managed, and he was a good driver. The vehicle was old and shabby but it did the job. It was the office people that was a problem. I emailed and called multiple times, and talked to one person once to communicate our schedule. It was never corrected, the driver was late, and we missed an important appointment for which we traveled from Japan. The after-hours office didn't pick up until the morning of the travel, which was a Sunday, and it was too late. I wanted our money back, but given the unresponsiveness and unreliability of their office, it would have been a massive waste of time so I gave up. I do not recommend this company at all.
