The bus driver on the day made little effort to create a welcoming atmosphere and appeared to be there simply to drive the bus. While transport was on time the overall experience felt uncomfortable and lacked the friendly professional service you would expect for a group booking.

Our driver *** was great! I did struggle with my experience with the internal team. The quote I agreed on and paid the **, the team managed to import the wrong suburb so while speaking to operation I ended up having to pay$100 more due to the bus chatter internal error. It was disappointing. Other good experience
