Very difficult to get through on the phone to discuss elements of the process. I later found out I was entitled to a replacement car but this was not conveyed to me. Also, I was not compensated for storage costs while waiting for my car to be collected.

It was my first time to make a claim and I was happy with all the steps of the process. My only complaint is that sometimes when I rang the department, it took a while to get somebody on the line to answer my queries.

Very satisfied with how the claim was handled

I was looked after very well and fairly quickly , have never had a claim before and am delighted with the way it was all handled.

My insurance for 2025 was *** bit when I changed the car to a similar spec you charged me and extra *** .If I added this over a ten month payment,it would amount to my policy being *** .
This Ii completely wrong and I feel you have overcharged me.Tgere should be no extra payment.
I will take my business elsewhere as obviously over ten years loyalty counts for nothing.
