A complete total and utter disaster from every aspect of the claim from start to finish, I’ve explained in detail about my experience and all I got was a sorry excuse of an email.

Can I please get a callback ?! On hold again today and then the call ended before I could get any answer ?
From start to finish this claim was badly handled. Communication was appalling and I was the only one pushing for a resolution and nothing was done. Then I found out extra charges on the claim which were not founded because Allianz sat on this claim and did nothing for months!! And the cherry on top, I was lied about the claim amount in the end. Very bad customer service and support.

There has been no settlement made that I am aware of. The case was closed I believe but not settled
Confusing process as attempted theft was recorded as motor damage & hugely affected my renewal policy & no claims. After weeks of worry , I received excellent help from policy department and the issue was resolved to both our satisfaction.
