First claim in over 20 years .the representative was excellent and the process was taken out of my hands

Overall a very good experience. One of the CS reps was not great at the start and wasn't great at helping us. We were still in shock after the accident.

Excellent service from Allianz. The service from the approved repairer (Soraghans) was not so good. The process stalled for several weeks because they ordered a part and didn't contact me when it arrived.
