It would be more beneficial if there was a designated customer representative to deal with the claim. Every time I rang I had to explain the situation and what had happened to each new person repeating myself numerous times. Either that or surely all my information and details of what occurred should be on file for the claim representative to be able to see.

The email I received says review Allianz that my claim has been settled,But I have not received any info ?
I am obviously happy that the claim was settled but I was disappointed that the blame was not apportioned 50/50 since the other driver was driving illegally. Very little communication throughout the process but what needed to be done was done anyway

HiI have no idea how much of a claim was made. I didn't get an option to do the repairs myself. If you posted something, it's no good because I'm away. I have had no say in this at all.
