No communication during the process at all. Could only find out status of the claim via the 3rd party. Claim left open for 12 months for no reason.

The process worked seamlessly. I did not have to chase down people within the company to get thigs done and the instructions as to what I needed to do were clear and accurate.
The process could be faster, poor support after accident, valuation not fully included value of the extras in the car. I wasn't informed about possibility of collecting my stuff from the car after decision of writing off the car.
Didn’t get 1 email or phone call through the whole process from my claim handler, unacceptable.
A complete total and utter disaster from every aspect of the claim from start to finish, I’ve explained in detail about my experience and all I got was a sorry excuse of an email.
