Not enough clarification of when surveyor, after inspecting car, and claims handler will make contact with the customer.

Generally satisfied with the service.
There was a point in the process were there was a disconnect between the garage and Allianz. The Garage was waiting for Allianz to perform the damage assessment but Allianz were waiting for the Garage to carry out an initial damage assessment. Once that initial assessment was performed it all went smoothly.

Not filled up by handler, constantly chased for information. Hire car process was so disorganized it was painful.
Overall the whole experience has been enough to out me off Allianz after a LOT or years.
MY car got fixed perfactley but months later i have to fill a motor incident report form
The garage was excellent and did all the work. Allianz were difficult to communicate with. Process via garage TJK motor excellent
