MY car got fixed perfactley but months later i have to fill a motor incident report form
The garage was excellent and did all the work. Allianz were difficult to communicate with. Process via garage TJK motor excellent
I felt l had to do alot of chasing up myself. I wasn't given a call back after my initial report, l had to call again. I wasn't advised l would need to claim separately for the excess through MIBI, luckily l had an awareness of same. My premium appeared to jump extremely high on this year's policy and l has ro query why after a no fault claim. I still ha ent been advised if and when l will get the excess back. I received a mail from an Allianz employee to say they were appointed to look after the MIBI aspect and to pass their details onto another Allianz employee. Overall the experience wasn't pleasant
The length of time taken to complete the settlement was much longer than expacted or necessary, in my opinion.
Was happy with every aspect of my Claims
I'm shocked by how much the other parties claim cost. It was 7 times the amount they originally told me it would cost - based on a quote they received.
