I was one to keep the momentum going,I know the *** were involved which slowed things down so Allianz were not entirely the difficulty. Overall everyone I spoke to was very helpful and kind & explained the process very well. Also the written communication was very very clear & detailed. While I would rather not have had the experience of having my vehicle stolen outside my home & written off.In the end the settlement was fair and I received the payment quickly. Great service when really needed
