Everything went smoothly
I never claimed before. it was new unplanned experience, however communication and the process was as expected-fast resolution.
Was very satisfied. Trying to totally respond to questions i merely indicated that i never met any assessor as i had been led to believe i wouldPerhaps there are certain.types of claims with clear quotations that dont nee clearance by an assessor

The damage was minimal (I have photo). The third-party promised to supply a copy of his wife's driving licence, but did not do so. As confirmed in *** ' s record, while I accepted liability but wanted to receive estimate before moving forward with insurance, this condition was not met. Nearly *** euro suggests a new door. It does not appear to be environmentally responsible/reasonable. Had that been the only solution agreeable, I would have liked to recover the damaged door and have it repaired or given to a breakers yard in my locality for reuse. The letter which was supposed to have been sent to me dated 11/11/25 never arrived, but when emailed to me today, said letter is dated 26/11/25.
