Disgusting customer service
I ordered PTZ camera from them for our church, I made a mistake on my order and immediately contacted customer service I'm still waiting for them to respond that was a week ago..
My order is stuck at FedEx depot now and they are demanding state tax (this was included in the order price) truly a 0/10 experience
why cant i buy more than one. no explanation, just no.
Was suspicious having their store enlisted on Amazon under the same banner but they're still flying under their true colours.
Order is delayed or cancelled.
all information was correct and it was not allowing me to place the order which was very frustrating.

Never encountered such bad and unethical service. My order was treated in the most unprofessional manner and the staff manipulated us for more than 3 days with no result, making us loose time and pay unnecessary bank expenses and huge restocking fees
Avoid them on Amazon or eBay folks they're ruining your wallet
I had 5 in my cart, before I could finish checkout, it said it wasn't available. Now there were 3. I had to start the process over again. It stopped again - just 2 left. That's what I got on the 3rd attempt
Avoid avoid on Amazon it's bait and switch methodology in play.
Expired film sent, a costly nightmare to return
I got fooled into receiving a email letter I do not wish to have. This box should be unchecked, and I only get the emails if I check the box
