Healthlink is an exceptional practice in every regard. The front of house staff are always very polite and professional. They are welcoming and always provide excellent service, in particular ***, *** and Rachel. Being a bulk billing practice is such a comfort as not everyone has the finances to pay for medical care. Being able to have a walk in consultation is also a major benefit. The in practice pharmacy and having a pathology service next door is truly convenient and saves such a lot of time.
Speaking for myself and my family having that sort of flexibility is outstanding. We have children with special needs and being able to bring them in at almost any time is truly a blessing. My doctor has identified and treated two life threatening illnesses I have had, without his professionalism and real concern for my health they may have gone undiagnosed. I honestly can’t recommend this practice enough. Thank you for caring.
