Suggest you contact the insurer QBE as I have called them with all information. Regarding the repairs and issues.. of which I believe they are addressing.. I am waiting for a call back from the claims handler. Unfortunately at the moment I will not be giving a good rating..

Courteous and cooperative. Panels restored as new and car interior was left clean. A week's delay in completion was disappointing but apparently due to a staff shortage.

Repair work was absolutely flawless with my car looking as new. Only let down was a delay in communication on when my car was ready, as it made returning the hire car a bit more stressful.
