Customer Service in office was great, timing and keeping customers informed very poor. As people need to make alternative arrangements when cars not ready, a better process of this communication needs to occur. Time frames need to be more accurate or realistic.
Also more 'loan cars'for when these situations occur would also be beneficial.

They rang and kept me up to date on the repairs every day .

The improvements should be customer service, you could have managers that aren't rude aggressive and downright rude.
And receptionist's that when you asked if your car's drivable they can actually get up and go and ask someone rather than just going oh I don't know.
I have never met a bunch of people that have no customer service skills in my life,I've been working in pubs since I was 13 and also managing pubs as my parents owned a pub.

Amazing customer service and repair job was fantastic too. On time, excellent communication and a clean car to drive away in. Thank you!
