Great, *** was extremely helpful and generous with organising our electric bed purchase. His after sales service has also been excellent. The Yarraville store is easy to get to and has parking right out the front. Highly recommend ***.

*** was extremely helpful both in explaining to us our options when choosing a mattress and with follow up after the mattress was delivered, adjusting it to ensure it was right for our backs. The mattress itself is extremely comfortable and we are very happy with it.

Customer service is alive and well. I found the missing link at Beds for Back Nunawading with Rick. I bought a new bed (3rd from Beds for Backs in my lifetime) an unfortunately did not choose well and found it did not agree with me. After 3 nights I went in to see Rick and amazingly he was able to arrange a replacement for me. Not only will I have it before Christmas I really feel like I've won the lottery with Ricks 5 start treatment !!!

Great customer service. Rick spent a lot of time ensuring that we purchased the correct bed. Followed up at home making sure the bed was set up correctly. We now have a bed that I can actually sleep in.
