Great service and communication

Was happy with the service until I noticed that a part that had been repaired and fixed was damaged again when they fixed something else a few weeks later (I was waiting on a part). When I enquired about it i was told that the part that had cracked was a brand new part and that it must of happened when whoever was installing the boot latch (part I was waiting on). It’s not a massive issue as it shouldn’t affect the use of the car. I’m just annoyed that someone saw a shortcut, took it and ended up damaging a part of my car because of that. And because it’s so small, it’s more of a nightmare for me to get you to fix it again. A little disappointing as I’ve used your service for the last 10 yrs or more
