I don't have experience with making any claims under my car insurance, as I’ve always renewed it without any incidents. I would like to suggest that drivers with a clean record — no accidents or claims — should be rewarded with a better package or benefits.

For example, I remember that last year during renewal, I received a voucher for one free service at Precision. However, this year, no such benefit was included. It would be great to see continued appreciation for safe drivers.
