Communication is very clear and timely. Most like the response to defects rectification. Area for improvement is the time taken to effect repair.

I was really impressed with the level of quality and the speed of work done on my car. The communication kept me informed and was really helpful so I could schedule collection of my car at a appropriate time. Top notch.

Excellent communication and service

Took a bit longer than expected to get the job done due to heavy work loads at the time. Communication from the front desk was not good - they mixed up two similar cars and were sending messages to the wrong owners

The service provided by your workshop is excellent, and the maintenance was done perfectly. I am highly satisfied with the repairs done on my car at your workshop. I would recommend that your workshop continues to update customers about their car repairs at least one day in advance, as some customers have to return rental cars and need time to communicate with their insurance, which can take around 2-3 hours.
