Superb service from Epplejeck / easy to order and fast delivery.

Make it possible to have a professional account directly on website to be able to order without VAT if it’s an intracommunatary order.

The overseas shipping needs me to always contact the support to get the tracking number. It would be be nice to get that automatically in the email. It was once feed-backed that it is in the invoice, but I can't find it. Other than that it seems that PostNL is getting better at shipping to Singapore :-)

Delivery as expected as I live in Spain. All good, I received updates on the delivery from purchase until delivery took place and the product was above expectation.
I am a satisfied client and can not think of any areas for improvement.
As there was no issues with my delivery I have not have any need for client support contact.
