It’s a bait and switch scam. You know the drill, you buy it at a low price then a rude guy calls to say you paid “international” price and that you’ll have to wait 3-4 weeks for it OR you can pay more and get it shipped fast. Very spammy!!!

SCAM - stay away! we were fooled by the sweet talking sales person who managed to sell us a lens converter with supposely 50% off and even showed us a scam amazon page to show it's 'actual price'. We paid $*** for something that costs $*** on the real amazon. Maybe that is why he had a hard time looking us in the eye at the end.The dishonesty of this establishment is staggering!! Learn from our mistake and AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

FALSE ADVERTISING. Received the camera, called next day to get RMA number and was told that I will be charged 20% restocking fee.....it' says on their website 10%. SCAMMERS DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

They are the worst type of bait and switch scam artists. Unbelievable they are still in business. Everything you've read is true. It happened to me. No reason to EVER shop there.

Don't buy online internationally
If you buy online internationally this is not the place. I had a terrible experience, I lost ***Canadian dollars with no way of returning any of the money, and an abandoned package someplace. The answers by the internal of company are vague and unclear.
Just a store that works as a traditional physical store, the online experience is not good at all

Lost $***+, no item.
First time buying from park AVE cameras and I received an empty box, they started an “inquiry” after a while I get told they will not refund me and claim “dhl confirmed the weight of the shipping box until it was delivered.” Well I received an empty box period. The box felt heavy to me. Super frustrating would not recommend buying from here. I am now out of $***+ with no item.

The problem is that the item I ordered today was part of a previous order and wasn't included! The previous order had two lee filters and no circular polarizer. My ptblack went dry today and when I opened the package previously received, I couldn't shoot! I can't use until the new filter arrives.I need a more reliable source.
