The rental process was good but since we moved we informed several important issues with the apartment that until now, almost two months later haven't been resolved. We have sent many emails and called many times exposing the problems that include we don't have hot water in the shower as one tab is broken, the rubber sealing in the window is expired and due to it has been raining the water is just coming in through the window damaging the shades and our furniture, also the toilet seat is broken and the bathroom door doesn't close properly among others issues that we have reported since June by email and through the phone but the agency always said that will contact the land lord or the building administrator (our storage is also occupied for someone else) but we haven't received any response or help yet from anyone. We hope that this message can help us somehow.
