Great service and really nice people

I am very happy with the way the cleaning has been done, everything seems to be clean and floors vacuumed when I get into the office on a Monday morning. I have only observed the team in action on one occasion so don't feel I can comment on the process, only the result.

I find that we do not receive our monthly desk clean in the Business Support office any more.

Requests that are noted in the communication book are often not followed. A request to latch a door closed is not followed even though they acknowledge the request. It is the little things that count.

My experience with the Jani King team as a whole from their office to their Wellington office has been very very good.....Very proactive and committed to great service
