Left rear window frame came loose. It does not clip in. There is a gap between the plastic window frame and the metal door.
Otherwise, the job is fine.

There are still multiple items on my car not fixed. Your service was pathetic, my car has been falling apart since I’ve had it back. It should have been written off. I have re opened my claim case to have every single thing on my car fixed. My registration is AXA753 if you’d like to look into it. I’m not happy.

It was good to get the car fixed but it took awhile to get fixed but the service was good

Initial consult was positive. Some parts that were agreed to be replaced weren’t though. I was pleasantly surprised that badges that I was told were unavailable were replaced which was good

The service was fine and the resultant works excellent.
My only gripe was with the insurers sending me to Hallam when I live in Blackburn! Surely they have repairers closer and more convenient ? Not your fault, l know ##

Communication was excellent, keeping me informed what is happening with my car. They did an excellent job at fixing the damage to my car. It was nice to get my car and it was washed and inside was cleaned as also. So overall very happy customer
