I called road assist at 7am on 23/12/19 when car would not start. Was told someone would be there in 60-90 minutes. After 2 hours passed I called again and was told someone would be there "soon" and in total it took 3 hours for a serviceman. Apart from the delay in the initial inspection, the organizing of tow truck to Belmont and repairing by 10am on 24/12/19 was first class.

Had my car's rear brake pads replaced. Friendly service. The boss told me that the service manager will call me if there is any extra work required (e.g. grind the disc brakes). As it turned out, there was no extra work required. Texted and called me when my car was available for pickup. Recommend them.

Fast booking time. Opened early so l can get to work.
